I'm Hannah — a colourist who fell in love with the art of grey blending. I work slowly and personally from my conservatory studio in Dorset, taking a small number of journey clients so every blend gets the care it deserves.

The Soft Grow-Out Journey runs over around nine months, across three planned appointments. We space them to work with your natural growth so the blend always looks intentional.

Quite the opposite. Because we plan the colour rather than repeatedly re-dyeing, and support it with your Soft Grow-Out Kit at home, most clients find their hair is in better condition by the end than when they started.

Very often, yes — but box colour can behave unpredictably, so it's exactly what we assess at your consultation. That's where we check suitability and design the right plan for your hair history.

A curated set of home-care products (worth £65) chosen to keep your blend soft, toned and healthy between appointments. It's included in your journey.

Your journey begins with a £50 consultation and colour analysis. It's non-refundable, but the full £50 comes off your total if you go ahead. The journey itself is £1,500 paid in full, or three payments of £550 (£1,650 total).

The Hair Hideaway is a private conservatory studio in Dorset — a calm, unhurried space, with just eight new journey places available at a time.
